2. Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy
At FK, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, this policy explains how exchanges, returns, and refunds work. This policy should be read together with your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
2.1 Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within [14] days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
2.2 Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible, the item must be:
● Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains;
● In its original condition with all tags, labels, and any protective stickers still attached;
● Returned in its original packaging;
● Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions, and to return the item to you.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and other reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive faulty or incorrect:
● Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance ;
● Custom, made-to-order, or altered pieces made specifically to your measurements or specifications;
● Gift cards.
2.4 How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at support@faridakortam.com within the return window with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
2. We will confirm whether your request is eligible and provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us, or arrange pickup where offered, following the instructions provided.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unannounced returns may not be processed.
2.5 Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you would like a different size or color, let us know when you contact us and we will reserve the replacement where possible. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer an alternative, a store credit, or a refund.
If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged item, we will either collect or refund the difference.
2.6 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
● Refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Paymob) or, for Cash on Delivery orders, as [store credit / bank transfer / another method].
● Please allow [15-30] business days for the refund to be processed and to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund is delayed beyond the stated period, please first check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us.
2.8 Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned under the terms above. Made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production has begun.
