3. Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website faridakortam.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from The Brand ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3.1 Definitions

●       "Products" means the goods offered for sale on the Site.

●       "Order" means a request submitted by you to purchase Products.

3.2 Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may be able to create an account to place orders more easily. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We make every effort to display our Products and their colors, details, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings, and slight variations may occur, particularly in handmade or embellished pieces, which are part of their character and not considered defects.

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any Product, or correct any errors in product information at any time without prior notice.

3.5 Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order, even if it has been confirmed, and to refund any amount paid.

3.6 Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or inability to verify Cash on Delivery orders. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund for the affected items.

A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch your order or otherwise confirm acceptance.

 

3.7 Payment

We accept payments through Paymob (including supported cards and payment methods) and Cash on Delivery. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

3.8 Shipping and Returns

Delivery of Products is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

3.9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including The Brand name and logo, designs, product images, text, graphics, and layout; is the property of The Brand or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
